Registration is now open for Legacy Forum™ #3: Caring for Yourself While Caring for Others, taking place virtually on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 5:00–6:30 PM ET.

Caregiving can be meaningful and rewarding, but it can also be physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding. This supportive virtual gathering will help family caregivers, older adults, professionals, advocates, and community members explore practical ways to prioritize their well-being while continuing to care for the people they love.

Participants will learn strategies for managing stress and preventing burnout, practicing realistic self-care, strengthening emotional resilience, balancing caregiving with personal needs, and becoming more comfortable asking for and accepting support.
