The Golden Circle of Care Hub will serve as our centralized resource platform, providing caregivers, older adults, and families with trusted guidance, practical tools, and accessible resources. Available in both digital and print formats, the Hub will feature senior care guides, caregiving planning tools, disaster preparedness resources, emergency planning templates, checklists, and step-by-step information tailored to every stage of the caregiving journey.

As part of our Disaster Preparedness Initiative, the Hub will include caregiver emergency plan templates, medication and medical information trackers, evacuation and shelter planning guides, emergency contact worksheets, communication plans, supply checklists, and resources to help families prepare for natural disasters, public health emergencies, and other unexpected events.

Designed with accessibility in mind, the Hub will also connect caregivers to live support through chat and hotline services, providing real-time guidance, referrals, emotional support, and assistance navigating both everyday caregiving challenges and emergency situations. Together, these resources will empower caregivers to plan ahead, respond confidently during crises, and make informed decisions that promote the safety, well-being, and resilience of the individuals they care for.
